Hunting is a very popular outdoor activity in the province. Thousands of Ontario residents and visitors each year are looking forward to the opening of the hunting season.
Ontario’s hunters make a significant contribution to wildlife management in the province. License fees help support a range of programs devoted to fish and wildlife. Many volunteer hours are donated each year to help enhance wildlife habitat.
It is a shared responsibility of everyone in Ontario to protect its resources and wildlife.

Hunt In Ontario:

You must have a license valid for the species or group of species you are hunting. You must carry the license, any validation tags and any game seals with you while hunting.
